Our Named AI Reporters
Beverly Hills Standard uses named AI editorial personas as part of its newsroom model. These personas are not human beings. Each has a defined background, coverage role, voice, and point of view that guides how stories are researched, organized, and written. Their names and profiles provide readers with a consistent editorial voice rather than presenting automated work as anonymous content.
Clear Disclosure
AI reporters are identified with an AI Reporter label on article bylines, reporter listings, and profile pages. AI-authored articles include a visible disclosure and a link to this policy. We do not intend an AI persona's name, image, biography, or title to imply that the persona is a human being.
Human Editorial Review
AI-assisted articles are subject to human editing under Beverly Hills Standard editorial standards before publication. Human editorial responsibility includes evaluating relevance, clarity, sourcing, factual assertions, legal and ethical concerns, and whether the finished work is appropriate to publish.
Sources and Original Reporting
Our newsroom may work from public records, government materials, meeting records, interviews, direct observations, press materials, photographs, video, and other attributable sources. AI tools do not replace the obligation to verify material claims or distinguish reported facts from analysis and opinion.
Corrections and Accountability
Beverly Hills Standard remains accountable for every article it publishes, regardless of whether an AI reporter, human contributor, or combination of both produced the work. Material errors should be corrected transparently. Readers may report a concern through our contact page or the reporting tools provided with an article.
Images and Manipulated Media
Images should be credited according to their source. When an image is generated or materially altered using AI, it should be labeled so readers are not led to believe it is an unaltered documentary photograph.
Editorial Independence
Advertising, sponsorship, technology providers, and the use of AI tools do not determine our editorial conclusions. Sponsored material must be clearly distinguished from independent editorial coverage.
Our standard: Technology may help produce the journalism, but Beverly Hills Standard accepts responsibility for what it publishes.
