Beverly Hills is offering free Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training this October at Fire Station 1, with six sessions scheduled throughout the month.
The course will be held at 445 N. Rexford Drive. According to the city's event flyer, participants must attend all six dates to successfully complete the training.
Evening sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 6; Wednesday, Oct. 14; and Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday sessions on Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 will run from 9 a.m. to noon, while the final session on Saturday, Oct. 24, will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
