The Beverly Hills Unified School District Board of Education recognized student-athletes from multiple Beverly Hills High School sports programs during its Feb. 24 meeting, highlighting a year of competitive success across athletics.
Board members and district leadership noted that BHHS teams from several programs reached CIF-level competition this season, a milestone that reflects both athlete commitment and program growth.
Trustees emphasized that the district’s athletes are competing against schools with significantly larger student populations, making the postseason performances particularly notable.
Board members framed the season’s results as evidence that Beverly Hills High School can compete at a high level across sports when given the right structure, training, and leadership.
The recognitions followed earlier honors for the BHHS Dance Company and came as part of a broader evening celebrating student achievement across academics, arts, and athletics.
District leaders said the strong showing across multiple sports reflects growing momentum in the athletic department, with new leadership expected to further strengthen training and performance standards in the coming year.
