If elected City Treasurer, I'll use my general oversight of the City's financial affairs to produce a more transparent budget and to advise the City Manager, the City Council and the Mayor how to be more responsible in handling the city's revenue, spending and municipal funds. I'll seek financial choices that better benefit Beverly Hills. I will review the city's investment portfolio to purge unsound investments. I'll support Environmental Social Governance (ESG), investing that's both environmentally and fiscally sound. As a volunteer, I've helped ASPCA and other animal rescue non-profits by fostering kittens in need of care and a temporary home. My experience... I've launched new asset management systems at UCLA, Disney and Zodiac. I have Payroll Manager experience at Zodiac, an international television production company that distributes content to Fox, MTV, SyFy and other networks. I have Accounts Receivable experience at Hollywood music talent agency MPI. In other words, I create systems to better track assets, get people paid and balance the books. I've lived in Beverly Hills for 20 years with my husband Robin Rowe. I'm a citizen who wants to improve our community by doing more, not spending more. https://gabriellepantera.com
