I transformed our school's security, saved tens of millions of taxpayer's dollars, and got the new construction on schedule. I delivered what I promised. Now I'm running for City Council to bring my proven leadership, experience, business acumen, and vision to securing our future. Safety and Security - Increase patrols and advanced technology to protect neighborhoods and businesses - Establish police unit and substation for Metro stops - Enforce laws against public drug use, theft, and hate crimes Resident Services - Expand senior programs with transportation offered at Roxbury Park - Support aging-in-place services - Create a centralized preschool/day care center - Protect renters with regular health and safety inspections Financial Responsibility - Hire a City Auditor - Institute zero-based budgeting - Control resident fees Plan for the Future - Convene the General Plan Committees to create a coherent vision for the future.
