My name is Russell Stuart and I am seeking election to the Beverly Hills City Council. My commitment to our community is rooted in my roles as a husband, father, local business owner, and 15-year resident of our amazing city. My primary focus is on enhancing public safety. As a security expert and owner of Beverly Hills- based Force Protection Agency, a private security and investigation firm, my life is dedicated to protecting others. I will work tirelessly to enhance our law enforcement and emergency services, and I will make sure we put pressure on our county officials to prosecute criminals and keep them behind bars. In governance, I will demand transparency, aiming to make city council decisions more accessible and comprehensible to every citizen. I believe in a balanced approach to development that preserves the distinctive charm of Beverly Hills while meeting the modern needs of our community. I will fight to improve our schools, parks, public spaces, and strengthen local businesses to make Beverly Hills an even better and safer place to live, work, and visit.
