Mayor Craig Corman and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce welcomed Vicky on Rodeo with a grand-opening celebration, marking a milestone for the French restaurant at 208 N. Rodeo Drive. The Chamber announced its participation, while the city shared a separate announcement recognizing the occasion.
Part of Savta Hospitality, Vicky on Rodeo takes its approach from Parisian cafes and brasseries, with a seasonal menu and service extending from morning pastries through dinner. Its Rodeo Drive listing describes weekend brunch featuring baked goods and classic brunch dishes.
The restaurant's published menu includes quiche Lorraine, an omelette Parisienne and brioche French toast. Sandwiches include croque monsieur and croque madame, alongside salads and pasta dishes.
French onion soup, beef tartare, boeuf bourguignon and moules frites are among the listed offerings. The boeuf bourguignon combines beef short ribs, carrots, mushrooms and pearl onions in a red wine sauce, served with potato puree.
The official welcome follows earlier opening promotions. Two Rodeo Drive advertised a June debut, placing the restaurant's arrival ahead of the latest grand-opening announcements.
Vicky on Rodeo lists daily hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are available through OpenTable, and the restaurant can be reached at 424-245-4528.
